Share the shots of your event quickly and safely

MyEvent.Zone makes it possible to retrieve gallery shots in real time, shielding them from prying eyes. Only participants can access the event gallery and download the shots on any smartphone, tablet or computer of theirs, or forward them to colleagues via Whatsapp.

FAST

The shots are easily uploaded using a handy web interface. MyEvent.Zone software will automatically resize them so they can be forwarded even by wi-fi.

SAFETY

MyEvent.Zone services are privately owned, which ensures that only users who know the correct site address and password have access to a particular event gallery.

TEMPORARY STORAGE

Gallery shots are stored for a minimum of 30 days (or a customized interval), after which they are automatically cancelled.

Organizers have 2 GB of space available to upload and customize their selection of event shots. They can also add on a logo, and a description or program of the event.

Each organizer has independent access to MyEvent.Zone services, with no need to tap into corporate resources or seek support from the intranet or in-house IT.

VIEW SLIDES TOO

Slides saved in a jpeg format can also be loaded onto the platform, making tables, diagrams and graphs easier to consult.

SAVE ONLY WHAT YOU WANT

Users are free to save their own selection, saving time and space on their devices.

Just log onto the site www.MyEvent.Zone where the best shots of the event are stored. You can download chosen shots or just send them on to a friend via email or Whatsapp.

It only takes a few clicks to set up your own gallery:

  • Purchase the service online or by contacting us directly
  • Select the event concerned and type in the assigned password
  • Upload the pictures with utmost ease and speed
  • Communicate the site address and password to other participants
  • Share the shots in real time or whenever you choose, within the given cutoff date (usually 30 days after the event)
